WE HELP OUR FOUNDERS BUILD THE NEW ECONOMIC INDUSTRIAL FRONTIER
Critical Minerals and Materials
Semiconductors and AI Compute
First-of-a-kind (FOAK) Scaled Energy
Biomanufacturing
Quantum Security
Space and Defense Industrial Base
OUR MISSIONBack the founders rebuilding the physical substrate of the economy from how we compute, manufacture, power, heal, and defend to how we stand behind them for the decades it takes to matter.
We capitalize mission-critical industrial technologies on which free, resilient, and prosperous societies depend.
TENSEUR Capital Vector Collective, the management company, is a Public Benefit LLC because we believe impact is not a constraint on performance; it is how regenerative capitalism compounds human flourishing and planetary health.

FOUNDING GENERAL PARTNER AND MANAGING DIRECTORBelinda Kǒkóèkà Bernadette Bassey Ephraim is Founding General Partner and Managing Director of TENSEUR, a seed-stage firm backing U.S. founders at the TRL 5 threshold in critical minerals and materials, semiconductors and AI compute, FOAK scaled energy, biomanufacturing, quantum security, and the space and defense industrial base.
The work did not begin in venture. It began in an entrepreneurial industrial household in Nigeria, where scientific and engineering leadership met foreign capital, a manufacturing plant, and distribution into West Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
That same stack (science, infrastructure, capital, production, and markets) became the spine of her career as a systems thinker: corporate investment banking and project finance across SunTrust, Merrill Lynch Capital, Siemens, and Bank of America covering the diversified industrials and TMT sectors ($37 billion in transaction value; $18 billion with ongoing portfolio-management responsibility); commercial leadership across a 13-property hospitality portfolio driving year-over-year revenue growth 30%+; and KOKOBÉRNA, a biotech skincare company built with personal capital as Fund Zero. KOKOBÉRNA applies fermentation, skin-identical chemistry, and high-purity, consistent processes under quality systems informed by applicable FDA and EU guidelines and ISO manufacturing standards.
TENSEUR is the next expression of that through-line. The firm exists to stay with overlooked scientist-operators for the decade it takes physical technologies to become institutions, and to bring limited partners who understand industrial time into that work. Beyond capital, she brings systems thinking, strategic finance, and frontier industrial tech commercialization access.
She hosts The NEO Industrialist podcast, conversations at the frontier of science, industry, and capital.
